Hello and welcome to our Thirteenbeing shop.
All the items in our shop are individually hand made, handcrafted or designed by ourselves with love, care and great enjoyment. I hope that if you choose to buy an item, that it brings you the same pleasure by owning it as we got from creating it. So please feel free to browse at your leisure.


Only Paypal can be used at this time. Please make sure you give your full and correct postal address


Unless otherwise stated, from receipt of payment, items be dispatched within 7-10 days; however where possible we will endeavor to dispatch items sooner if needed urgently.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates; once the item has been dispatched, timing is in the hands of the postal service.

Please remember to allow extra time where items are required for a specific date, as postal services can be delayed through strikes or weather etc.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please give us the opportunity to discuss possible solutions for resolving any issues.

If you do not receive your order, please contact us before leaving negative feedback – if we don’t know about it, we can’t fix it.

On rare occasions, items may be damaged during the delivery process. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible so that, where applicable, refunds can be arranged.

***Cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer and this shall not be refunded. Proof of postage is required and refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item***
